This week, our Independent Living residents competed in numerous events for our 2nd Annual Brightmore of South Charlotte Olympic Games! All week long, residents participated alongside friends and neighbors to earn points for their team and donated to charities like the Alzheimer’s Association and Loaves & Fishes/Friendship Trays. Special guests enjoyed a taste of the lifestyle offered at Brightmore of South Charlotte by participating in a Balance class led by our Wellness Director, followed by a delicious lunch prepared by our chef!
Sunday was National Grandparents Day! To celebrate our residents that are grandparents we passed out letters from their grandchildren with cupcakes!
