Discover New Worlds Without Leaving Brightmore

Just off the main lobby sits a corner of the community that can transport you to any time or place! A space where you can learn something new, or find yourself absorbed in the lives of fictional characters, the Brightmore library of course! In addition to the hundreds of books (including hardback, paperback, and large print) you will find DVDs, magazines, and newspapers. The library also features a laptop computer and a magnifying machine for resident use. Residents are welcome to cozy up by the fireplace to read, or check out items to read at their leisure.
There is no time limit and the borrowing process is simple, just fill out the one line sheet on the table by the Book Return. When you’re finished with your selection, simply return it to the cabinet marked “Book Return”. The library is composed entirely of resident donations and is currently accepting hard back and large print books. The library is free for all to use and is open 24/7! Brightmore resident Beverly Tisdale (pictured in the featured photo), works tirelessly to ensure the books and other materials are well organized. Thank you for all of your hard work, Beverly!
