Team Members Shine Bright at Brightmore
At Brightmore of South Charlotte, appreciation is part of the culture. The Liberty Stars program recognizes team members who help create a welcoming, supportive, and connected community while reflecting the collective efforts of the entire team.
Through comment cards, residents, families, and fellow team members can recognize those who go above and beyond. Each week, selected honorees receive a Liberty Stars lapel pin and certificate, celebrating their contributions in real time.
Every Liberty Star is also entered into the Employee of the Month program. During quarterly staff meetings, honorees are recognized again, with names announced and prizes awarded by drawing.
More than a recognition program, Liberty Stars celebrates a culture of kindness, teamwork, and service, where every thoughtful action matters and every team member helps make Brightmore shine.
