Taking the Stage at Brightmore of South Charlotte

Creativity and connection take center stage at Brightmore of South Charlotte through two
resident-run programs that celebrate self-expression and shared joy. The BrightNotes choral
group brings together 16 vocalists who rehearse and perform for fellow residents, family
members, and friends, filling the community with music and energy. The Brightmore Readers
theatre group features nine cast members who bring stories to life through expressive readings
and performances.

According to Life Enrichment Director Caroline Boyce, these programs offer residents a creative
outlet to try something new or reconnect with talents they may not have used in a while. They
also encourage resident involvement, meaningful socialization, and a strong sense of fulfillment.
BrightNotes and Brightmore Readers are just two examples of how Brightmore of South
Charlotte
supports vibrant living. With a wide variety of programs, activities, and clubs,
residents are empowered to stay active, inspired, and deeply connected to one another.
