Last month we had a local beekeeper visit The Terrace and present about her occupation. The residents got to taste local honey, hold real honeycombs, and learn more about the process!
Our Independent Living Readers Theatre Group had two amazing performances of their production, Misconceptions. They did a wonderful job!
Our Independent Living residents definitely had a fun-filled weekend! On Thursday, we watched the Charlotte Knights Baseball team win against the Norfolk Tides. On Sunday, we had the pleasure of attending a marvelous concert performed by the Charlotte Symphony.
Today, our Independent Living residents celebrated their friends and neighbors with a birthday in May! What a fun celebration it was!

Yesterday we held a brunch for our Priority Partners! Our brunch menu included: Frittata with caramelized onion, ham & Swiss cheese Stuffed Salmon Roulade with lemon butter sauce, sautéed asparagus & wild mushroom risotto Honey yogurt and fruit parfait with granola
