Meet Natalie!

Natalie Morgan is our Activities Director at The Terrace at Brightmore. When asked to describe working at The Terrace in one word, she said EXCITING.
“I have previous experience assisting with various activities in assisted living and memory care, but was seeking growth opportunities to advance my career. #TeamTerrace welcomed me with open arms, and provided me the creative freedom to enhance our activities department.”
Natalie’s a true team player and is always willing to help out where needed. A few of her responsibilities include:
- Planning, promoting, and executing individual and group activities based on residents’ needs and interests
- Completing an initial activities assessment on each resident according to documentation policies and procedures
- Demonstrating leadership skills with planning new and innovative ideas and programs
She believes prospective families should choose The Terrace for their loved ones because we offer frequent community outings, the socialization and comradery between residents and staff, and all of our talented vendors and volunteers who visit our community every week!
