Staff Spotlight-Meet Sunny!

Sunny Smith, LPN is the Resident Care Coordinator at The Terrace at Brightmore. When asked to describe working at The Terrace in one word, she said, “FULFILLING”.
“My passion for working with older adults motivated me to join #TeamTerrace 4.5 years ago and I haven’t looked back since!” Sunny selflessly wears several hats here at The Terrace, but a few of her responsibilities include:
- Assessing and reassessing residents’ individualized care plans
- Regularly communicating with residents’ families and frequently collaborating with other healthcare professionals
- Directly supervising the delivery of resident care to ensure all of their needs are met
She believes prospective families should choose The Terrace for their loved ones because of the caring and compassionate staff, excellent communication and teamwork, and family-like atmosphere!
