Music Therapy or Just Fun!

Kylie Kulwicki, a board-certified music therapist, stopped by The Terrace this afternoon for a music therapy session! Music therapy is a great way for older adults to engage and reconnect. It also helps them participate in physical activity, as well as elicit positive memories. The Assisted Living residents enjoyed singing along. In addition to writing their own songs, and playing various musical instruments.
