Meet Meredith!

Meredith Coen is our Lead Receptionist and Scheduling Coordinator at The Terrace at Brightmore. When asked to describe working at The Terrace in one word, she said ” JOYFUL”.
“I started out working as a medicine technician, but my passion for administration motivated me to step into a new role that catered toward my strengths and interests. I love interacting with our residents and their families on a daily basis. I can’t imagine doing anything else and don’t ever want to leave #TeamTerrace.”
No matter who you are, Meredith is always ready to greet you with a bright smile and a warm welcome. A few of her responsibilities include:
- Managing attendance and work schedules for nursing staff
- Recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new and returning employees
- Preserving records and maintaining an organized work environment
She believes prospective families should choose The Terrace for their loved ones because of our strong orientation to providing excellent customer service!
